Can you tell me if my registration for the 5K run went through? I have not received a confirmation email. Thank you, David Schupbach DOB 8/16/1940.

  2. Wayne Vail says:

We cannot find a way to get a race application. When we click on register it comes up page unavailable. We are from Atlanta. Ran the race last year and want to do it this year. Please advise. Thanks. Wayne and Cheryl [last year senior Masters Champ] Vail.

    • Hi Wayne,

We have not yet received the application from the Track Club. As soon as we do we will link it to our applications page for you. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you and Cheryl again in February!

    • Hi Evan,

You can tackle the run in whichever way is best for you but there is a time frame that you have to complete it in since the Grand Parade begins at 7PM. The run staff will alert you if you need to exit the road should you need the entire time. Hope this information is helpful!

    • Hi Sandy,

You are able to tackle the 5K route as you see fit, but all runners are to be off the route prior to the Grand Parade starting at 7pm so you have a time limitation of about an hour to finish. Hope that helps!

  3. Jan says:

Does the 5k run/walk have us wearing costumes!? There was talk of that in previous years. Please advise as to correct attire. Thank you.

    • Hi Jan,

Some runners do wear costumes–we’ve had chefs, superheroes and everything in between. We always recommend that you wear something that is of course comfortable to move in. Good luck in the race!
